Shipping policy

At EMORTAL, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide fast, efficient delivery. Please read our shipping policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship free of charge.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations before tracking is generated are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Address changes after shipment but before delivery are subject to a $50 fee.

If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay $150–$200 for reshipment.

Failed Deliveries or Refused Packages

If the package is refused or not accepted at delivery, a $200 shipping and handling fee will apply.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For e-bikes, the return shipping cost is $200 per item.

Original shipping fees ($200) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.

Shipping Damage

Any shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to:

support@emortalbikes.com

Please include photos or videos clearly showing the damage.

We will send replacement parts free of charge.

If the item needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
