At EMORTAL, we stand behind the quality of our products. All new products purchased from our official online store come with a manufacturer’s warranty to protect you against defects in materials and workmanship.

- All new EMORTAL products are covered under a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser.
- Key electrical components — including the battery, motor, and controller — are covered under a 6-month warranty.
